PixelAnt Games needed more than a new logo. The young Wrocław studio was entering Sumo Group and needed an identity that could express its own character while meeting the standards and expectations of a much larger international organization.

I led art direction and project management for a two-month engagement covering brand identity, website, motion, social media, print, wearables, trade-show materials, and physical event assets.

The identity had to make the studio feel established without erasing the energy that made it worth acquiring.

A small studio with a larger stage

The project required fast decisions across local leadership and global stakeholders, including Sumo Group participants in the branding process. Every asset had to work immediately across recruitment, business communication, community presence, and events.

One system across every touchpoint

I established the creative direction and coordinated its rollout from digital surfaces to print and apparel. The website and motion language gave the studio a credible home inside the group, while trade-show materials and gadgets made the identity tangible for the team and industry audience.

The short timeline made consistency especially important. A compact system of decisions let one designer produce a broad family of assets without each new format becoming a separate branding exercise.

Identity in motion and in the roomThe mark, the site, and the apparel. A studio identity has to hold at badge size, at trade-show scale, and beside a parent group’s brand.

Branding as organizational confidence

The finished identity helped PixelAnt present itself as both an independent creative studio and a credible member of an international group. The value was not limited to launch materials; it gave the team a shared way to show who it had become.
